We work with clients with progressive, life limiting illness, providing 24/7 support to our users. We take care of our users and assist in symptom assessment, medication administration, medication adjustments and providing comfort.

Our Palliative care service is made available for elderly patients in deteriorating health, or adults diagnosed with a progressive, life-threatening illness for which there are no further curative treatment options. The goal is to achieve the best quality of life possible by relieving suffering and controlling pain and symptoms. Our care teams provide education and support to patients in the comfort of their home.
